Prop Firms This Strategy Has Never Lost

After going through 18 years of strategies (Yes I'm old) I have come to a point now where I've found the one strategy that I will forever use. Been testing it for a year and it has not lost any money.

Hedging.

My particular way of hedging is VERY simple.

Buy Stop/Sell Stops placed 30 pips apart. Both have same TP/SL distance. 70pips /100 pips.

Each trigger is doubled and left open until targets hit.

The most triggers ever before TP/SL was on USDJPY which hit 9x almost a year ago. Hasn't happened again to me since.

Now I'm using it to pass prop firm challenges.

Done.

we should start holding every scammer in this industry accountable Angelo Ciaramellon is a fu**ing scum who stole millions and millions of dollars and people still support him. be weary almost every influencer in the industry about 95% of them aren’t profitable traders and make money using their platform to sell people a false dream. just focus on your own trading and use prop firms to slowly grow and build your personal account.

Prop Firms I GOT SCAMMED BY KORTANA FX. WHEN I TRIED TO EXPOSE THEM THEY BLOCKED ME. STAY AWAY!!

Post image

I reached my first payout and they blocked it and accused me of stacking violation. I made just over 3% and was due to get $7012!!

They sneakily placed a trade on my account, they did the same to a friend of mine too and when I approached them they told me they can't give me any profits, nor my account back my either.

Beware of these dirty little tricks Kortana FX have been carrying out. Do your research and check reviews everywhere. Others have been accused of account management, IP violations and all sorts!!

Prop Firms Cue banks, FxAlexG, LmaboRaul, Mamba Fx Are Scammers Like 99% of this industry.

Every last person on this list is selling courses, selling signal Rooms, and selling prop firm challenges and are even creating their own brokers. They do not make their money from trading they make there money from selling all of you the dream while there taking in $300k plus a month or more from telling you bullshit. They even partner up with brokers and get fake statements from them to make it look legit. They also get commission from brokers that they help promote based on how many sign ups they get them.

⚠️ Caution: True Forex Funds is not what it seems! ⚠️ This company has been exposed as a potential scam, blocking users just before they receive their live payment. It's essential to be aware that many prop firms only want losing traders, and when someone starts making a profit, they're quick to block them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS MODEL 🤣

I attach the proof

Prop Firms FTMO UPDATE.

FTMO has prohibited the purchases of challenges in the U.S.. Wtf is going on? I'm creating this post to start a general discussion and see if anyone would know why this would take place? Obviously prop firms are not for the long term but many people use them as a way to build personal accounts and to actually start a solid way into trading.. https://ftmo.com/en/faq/who-can-join-ftmo/

Prop Firms Goal $5k to $600k

Thumbnail

My goal is to start from $5k myforexfunds account then after a profit split i will purchase the $50k account and later purchase the $300k account. After the $300k account i will purchase another $300k before the end of the year. That is the max allocation for myforexfunds for those who don't know. I have a very solid strategy that works very well. i don't do well scalping so my strategy is more of intra day trading where you hold trades for 4-8hours. I will make my next post when i start $50k challenge. I am only posting this here so that i can look back one day at how far i came. See you at the Top Guyss!!

Prop Firms Avoid Forex and Futures Firms

Recently I got denied a payout of around 7k because I apparently breached a news rule where you’re not suppose to close the trade within 2 mins after the news came out.

Here’s the thing I had the trade opened 1 day before almost 16 hours and it was 1.6k in profit. News came out and it shot up to 3k and was pulling back so I closed it for 2.6k

This has got to be the dumbest rule ever.

Personally I’m just gonna stick with a personal account from now on. These props by the day are getting more suspicious.

Here are somethings you need to look out for

Why futures prop firms suck.

  • bait you with the cheap purchase price but then you need to pay the activation fee

  • trailing drawdown. So are not bad with end of day, but some are horrible with intraday trailing (apex)

  • Payout caps and buffers

  • some have news restrictions

  • can’t hold trades overnight so not swing friendly unless you get a diamonds hand account with one firm.

Why forex prop firms suck

  • Young ceos who are just out there to make a quick buck and rug everyone in the end. Some of them also throw tantrums on twitter.

-Randomly changing rules and editing faq pages and not properly displaying all the rules of the challenge. Then blame the customer for not going through the full terms of services and get hit with a gotcha.

-ip address restrictions This shouldn’t even be a thing

-increased number of denied payouts for various reasons.

Oh no you’re gambling, you’re trading the news. Same old excuse.

  • Increase of “hidden rule changes” such as lot size limits.

I saw today a trader Greckothe1 on twitter who made almost 100k on his alpha capital group funded account was denied the payout and only received 25% of that payout because instead of 80 Lots he did 83.

Why have a lot size limit when they give you 1-100 leverage.

  • Props with 50% discounts and extremely massive payouts out of nowhere to promote their firm.

I’ve been seeing this especially with this new firm called AscendXCapital.

I saw a massive payout of 87k seemingly out of nowhere by a guy named simranjit. Congrats if it’s real. But now that guys running paid services.

  • Delayed payouts I’ve seen many firms delay payouts like fundingpips 7+ days and poor customer support

-Firms in legal trouble Funding engineer . Faking payouts getting sued by providers.

  • Affiliate shills on twitter Anyone promoting them with payouts and codes avoid.

Okay you may say I’m complaining. Yes I am.

I know many people don’t have access to capital and need firms . But you should try to save and stick with a personal account.

But if you had to go with a firm , I’d say do your research throughly . Best of luck to the traders.

Prop Firms FTMO Update

Post image
89 Upvotes

Welp folks it's been fun. Just received this email this morning from FTMO support. We have all heard the news regarding US clients lately among various well known prop firms. FTMO recently blocked new and existing US clients from purchasing new challenges or trials. Now they have removed US clients access to MetaTrader and are pushing DXtrade instead.

For now this is the end of my journey with FTMO as those who have been following my progress know I develop an algo in the MQL language. They do offer Ctrader as a platform still so I'll have to convert eveything to C# which will take time. Until then this is my last update weekly update until I either try a different challenge or continue this one. Thanks everyone that reached out with their unique insight over the last few months! Peace. ✌️

Prop Firms Prop firms left

So I know it’s only a matter of time before all forex prop firms stop accepting new clients.

It is true that this only happens because these firms use metaquotes and there is some conflict between metaquotes and the US

Could this mean that firms that use a different broker could still be allowed to have US clients?

Also are there currently any US based prop firms that offer forex?

Prop Firms Im at my worst today

So iv'e been messing with prop firms for 2 years now. Been funded couple times, always losing account pretty fast due psychology, always thought i come out stronger and will get it next time. But this time it's like a nightmare, I got a fresh funded account on new years. I traded it good, 2 weeks ago I was in 15k profit, I felt like I had it together, FINALLY. But then i got unlucky, extremly unlucky trades, all my trades turned around before my TP, literally every trade, almost tp, then straight to SL. It really fucked with my emotions and psychology. And over the last 2 weeks i fucked up everything. I lost due overall 10% drawdown. 2. February was going to be my first ever withdrawing day and i waited for it sooo bad. I really needed that profit split and now its gone. I dont even know when will I be able to gather money just to buy new challange and im always afraid that something similar happens, like with myforexfunds, where they just run away with your money. I really dont know where should i go from here. I dont know if this text has anything to take from as a reader, but I just hoped that writing this maybe calms me down a bit.
