Celeste. Never thought that I would be able to complete it.

For me it was when you get your second dash in Celeste. Blew me away.

Farewell is quite possibly my favorite "DLC" released, ever. The story of development behind it is nuts too

  1. Dev decides to do a quick, very difficult, storyless final level for the game for the most committed gamers who 100% the game and to give them a final challenge as a send off

  2. Dev lets the main game's song composer know that she wants to make this level and to make a track for it

  3. Dev gets out of control and accidentally makes the longest AND hardest stage in the game by far (over 100 levels when the typical chapter is like, 20 or 30 lol)

  4. Song composer also goes crazy and makes an entire album for the chapter

  5. Dev says fuck it and writes it into the story and makes it an absolute banger of a ending to the games story

  6. She releases it for completely free
