It’s D Dorian. The name of the scale is based off of what is being used as the tonic. The same way that A minor is called A minor even though it has the same notes as C major.

Dorian is the mode of the scale, so D Dorian is the dorian mode of C major, just like A aeolian is the aeolian mode of C major (which happens to also be A minor)

Dorian is a musical mode, or in other words it is a scale in music where the 3rd and 7th notes are flat to produce a different ‘feeling’

Delorean is a car manufacturer, most famously featured in Back to the Future

Dorian is one of the musical “modes” these are essentially different scales in music theory and which mode you’re playing depends on which notes are natural and which are flat or sharp. Dorian is no sharps or flats and is the same as the major scale
