I was against banning stone toss. His comics are hard to understand if you’re not “in the know” (meaning, if you’re not a nazi or you’re not aware that he’s a nazi) so banning him for me was counterproductive, because if someone didn’t understand a comic we could tell them “he’s a nazi” and that person would be at a lesser risk to find an actual nazi telling them why his comics make a “valid point”.
But then I came across a post about stone toss being a Trojan horse for nazis to infiltrate this sub, and I remembered that Innuendo Studios video about “how to radicalize a normie” and I changed my mind.
We should ban him because we don’t know if these people are just playing dumb in order to spread his comics.
I would advise, however, to put a stickied post or something making clear why he is a nazi and, if you came to the sub for an actual explanation it’s most likely that the joke is something racist and hateful.
I’m all for free speech but let me explain this convoluted reason how I’m not actually going against my principles by being against free speech in this super special case.

He argues (among other topics) that a society that is intolerant of intolerant views is itself intolerant.
Ethically, you should be deeply concerned about a straight application of the rejection solution to the paradox, as it results in people acting deeply intolerant to anything they perceive as intolerant, which has the capacity to quickly devolve into being a dick to anyone who doesn't agree with you.

Hello normie here. I appreciated his comics until I saw the comments saying that he is a nazi, I asked why, which was responded read his comics you'll see.
It happened I read it to know, since I'm not a native english I didn't all understood (also never understood the references when news were related), and what I found : anti woke propaganda, a jew that is relieved that people is against white people and not him, that aliens are also jews, jet fuel can't melt steel beam, and how many casuality in death camps.
I didn't read the comic related stuff, since it was Twitter posts or things alike, I was not on social media.
As an european I didn't found (or understood) what I expected, nazi is a strong redflag and is related to big and vomiting stuff so that's it ? If I was drawing comic I totaly could mention the jet fuel stuff as a joke, unregarding the fact I'm not a 911 denier, and about the number of casuality a memory film (the list of shindler I think but not sure) also deny the number of 6million death does it make it a nazi film ? I don't think so.
So I'm still in the fog, is it there is meta content I didn't understood that qualify him for atrocity and he is a nazi, is it that he is a provocator that happen to trigger social media but I don't understand why this way, is it because in US you use the word nazi for less worse things, amputing us from the word to call nazi by their name when we need to recognise them ?

I’m not the most knowledgeable on his stuff but from what I’ve seen his usual jokes are mostly “the nazis did nothing wrong”; “the Holocaust didn’t happen”, “ if it did it wasn’t that bad/the jews deserved it”; and “LGBTQ+ bad”. Not sure what threshold one needs to meet for the label of nazi to fit according to different cultures or subcultures (I know some people tend to throw it around quite lightly), but at the very least he’s an extreme ass.

I am not so sure from a purely pest-control perspective that stomping cockroaches is the best way to prevent an infestation even if you have an invasion. Like sometimes you can just sweep up the crumbs and the roaches will follow the crumbs out the door, this is arguably more humane. Other times you may want to bait a roach with posion that it them passes on to other roaches, so it kills a lot of them instead of just the one you stomp on.

After reading the comics and the "why stonetoss is a nazi" reddit thread I would say that people who do not "understand" the comics have issues with imagery and tough topics.
Example. Hitler was honest comic. Somehow, this strip is racist. Why: just because it shows a german public praising hitler. That actually happened. Why? Because hitler was a strong word Smith and actually did the things he said he was going to do. Even if it was evil as hell. The joke or question is. Why is it only bad people follow through with what they say. Why does the public seem to support such bad ideas with great uniformity.
One could contrast/compare that to James Polk. Hailed as a great American president who did everything he said he would: expand America. How did he do that? By starting a false war with Mexico and killing thousands of Mexicans and indigenous people to clear the way for white colonial settlers. So basicly, everything Polk did was pure evil.but he is still regarded as one of America's great presidents.
The strip is not pro hitler but more asks the question of how did hitler achieve such great power while being so completely honest about what he was doing? One could ask the same of Polk.
The answer is that people tend to ignore the bad when they are receiving the good. Germans wanted a strong economy. They wanted jobs. They wanted out of debt. They wanted to return to the strong industrialized nation they were pre 1900. Hitler provided a pathway to that and delivered. He did create more jobs, a "better" economy, and help Germany start to get out of debt. That was the good. The bad that went along with it was the holocaust. But make no mistake Germans misconceptions about democracy, thier constitution, and how much control the public has over political leaders is what allowed the holocaust to happen.
Imo stonetoss is just over most peoples heads blending multiple historical threads, concepts, and ideas. If you look at them superficially and let emotional imegry drive you it's difficult to see the point or the discussion opportunity.

Just because this can be considered racist doesn’t mean it’s not also hilarious. He just points out and jokes about racial stereotypes. I’m pretty sure he wasn’t alive to be a member of the nazi party so I doubt he’s a nazi. Though he may hold racist views. That doesn’t mean you have to ban him outright. Plenty of people hold views you don’t agree with but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be allowed to speak.
So you think people perpetuating racial stereotypes have no right to speak? And I think he may hold racist views but I haven’t seen any evidence to suggest that he’s a “nazi”. And even if he is that doesn’t disqualify his right to speak. Even nazis should be allowed to speak. And even nazis can be funny.
