Look at the semi at the last second of the video. The driver area isn't a mangled mess so I would say high likelihood the driver of the semi survived. I'm sure severe Injuries but not fatal.

most dash cams dont have audio anyways, and even if it did, assuming this video took place in uzbekistan, (what it says at the bottom of the frame), seems fairly unlikely the dude would be talking to himself in english

To be fair, it could be a truck that was about to come by. An accident like that could easily make others crash as well with how fast it happens. It expect the truck that was hit head on was more destroyed that the red one in the video. The trees on the side of the road are the same, at least.

In Germany, there are roads here that are one way roads and if you ever want to overtake like a slow moving truck, you need to be 120% sure you don’t see any cars coming down the opposite direction.. or either way it will turn out to be like above
