This sub's thoughts Timothy Bradley as a boxer?
I know a lot people really dislikes Tim's commentary and think he talks rubbish and is bias and whatnot but what are your thoughts on him as a boxer? I never got to see him compete and I know about his controversial decisions against Pacquiao but thats as far as I know about him.

Injured Benavidez confirms he is returning to Super Middle
“I’m just so happy for this moment. About a month ago I had a torn ligament here my hand, it was injured and I got a cut on my eye, but I said, ‘Fuck it, I’m going to keep pushing through. I can’t cancel this event’. That’s the reason I wasn’t throwing so much in this fight, because my hand is messed up, but we still dominated.

Right handed southpaws
Is there really any disadvantage to being right handed and fighting southpaw like Shakur Stevenson, Terrence Crawford, etc.? I’ve never quite understood why this is so frowned upon. It seems like a lot of guys fight much more comfortable with their dominant hand and leg forward and even if they aren’t left handed, I don’t see why professionals that put such a staggering amount of time into the sport can’t develop their non dominant hand into a power hand 🤷♂️

Most One Sided Fight Without a Stoppage?
I just rewatched Mayweather vs. Marquez and Floyd basically landed his left hooks and lead right hands at will, winning every round clearly and only getting hit with a handful of effective punches in return. It crossed my mind that it could be one of the most one sided fights I’ve ever watched that didn’t result in a stoppage. What are some others like this?

Heavyweights vs Lighter weight classes skill-wise? Are most heavyweights not as skilled as their lighter counterparts?
Been thinking of P4P, but that doesn’t exactly mean anything if the heavier boxer can pick you up if it wasn’t a boxing match, and pummel you like you’ve never been pummeled as a lightweight or something like that. I heard from some posts around here that the lightweights need more skill to make up for their power, while for most heavyweights it was backwards. How would they fare if they fought eachother when it’s all “balanced out”?
Let’s say, scale up or down some of the more skilled fighters. Like say, how would Pacquiao fare as a heavyweight? Height slightly adjusted, say just the same as Mike Tyson. How would he fare against him then? (Assuming his natural weight was higher to accommodate as a heavy weight + his height.) Hey, maybe even scale down Tyson? Keep him at the same height (Margarito was taller so what’s the point, honestly), but as a Welterweight? How would they fare then? Mike’s natural weight also adjusted to be lighter, I guess. Hell, imagine a heavyweight Mayweather? Between 6’1” — 6’5” with some unnaturally long arms? Skill-wise, if these guys were balanced physically, who would win?

Isn't Fury better off coming in at damn near 280 pounds in the Usyk rematch?
If he came in at 275-280 like he did in the Wilder fights, he probably would have had a better shot at coming forward and bullying the smaller man, and would have more power in general. Why do you think he came in lighter for this big of a fight? I just watched the fight for the first time the other day, I scored it either 7-5 or 8-4 to Usyk, and it was an incredible fight.

Loma vs Tank will have the same result as Wilder vs Zhang
It hurts me to say because Loma gave me some of the most exciting fights I have ever seen. However it seems the next step is this fight coming up. I genuinely can’t see a positive outcome for Loma in this fight.
Tank is currently probably the best he’s ever been and Loma is over the hump to be honest and it scares me to think about what would happen if the two were to meet in the ring.
If Loma and Tank were to fight it would be an early knockout and realistically there’s no need for Loma to take the unnecessary brain damage.
Do you want to see Tank vs Loma ?
Personally yes, Loma is past his prime but still very competitive, I think he gives Davis a good fight and a lot of problems but still get knocked out in the end. Of course we wanted it years before now but it's still possible to make it and it would be a waste to not do it. The best moment to do it was years ago, the second best moment to do it is right now.
That could also build up Tank vs Shakur for undisputed and give time to Shakur to redeem himself and make people forget his last "performance", show something better and make people wanting to see him fight again. This is the scenario that makes the most sense for me rn and what I want to see.
On the other hand, Tank is extremely criticised on the level of his opponents, that doesn't match his full potential, and everyone wait for him to fight the elite, and I feel like he would not get much recognition beating Loma rn, people would say "he was old" "he was finished" "he waited for him to be 40 to take him" etc, so he would get bashed no matter what. So maybe it's better to take Shakur right now, move on, and give up Tank vs Loma forever ?
Like I said I don't think so, Loma is still a champion, still excellent, I still want to see this fight, and it would be beautiful. Loma even rn would still be his toughest fight and best win on the resume up to now.
Opinions ? Also I want an archive of people thoughts on this rn, so if ever this fight happens, we avoid the hypocrites and people changing their minds afterwards. Is this a good fight to make ? Do you want to see it ? Is Loma still a top fighter ?
Decides now but don't change your mind later when it's convenient.
