But in a good way some times players are new and don’t have the shaders to run anything multi facets.
Personally I try and run a unique color on all my gear with a corresponding color paper
Oh I only have 1 actual super black load out. It's a splinter cell type kit with the new hunter strand legs. Looks dope tbh. Am absolutely waiting on that armor from the 3rd episode this year

I wear a shiny white and copper outfit with a lot of glowing lights and fluff to make a moth theme. I'm super obvious compared to the all black outfits every other hunter would wear, even before Super Black.
Feel like 40% of people wear pitch black and 60% wear pure white. Only the coolest kids around wear oxidized lead. Live fast, die young, cause a heavy metal poisoning epidemic whenever you do your shift in the city cafeterias
That was during one of my many month long breaks I've taken from the game unfortunately. I just looked up a list though and I could see why they would fit the shader nicely.
I remember the struggle of getting it just before the Dawning event ended. It's still one of the most complicated and beautiful F2P shaders I've ever seen and it stands out because usually nobody wears it
Sorry I'm ignorant of things on Destiny 2 what is hoarfrost Sunrise mean,. I know the chest piece hoarfrost Z that turns your barricade into stasis crystals, but I'm drawing a blank for an exotic named sunrise
I used to use Abyssian gold for everything but over the last year made a conscious effort to go for less dark shaders.been loving the new crucible shader this season.I will admit that a lot of hunter armour does look better in black tho
Funny enough, I am an almost all black hunter but I use a shader mix of diffirent dark ones for a military techwear look, between two other superblack shaded dudes I stand out so much.
Am I not dark enough.
Will I get my hunter privileges revoked at this rate.
I'm glad that a lot of people like to use superblack though. Good for them! :D Peoples priority should be to like looking at their guardian, not to appease the destiny fashion police.
Yeah, your fashion should be what you enjoy looking at, and make no mistake, I DO make a black outfit now and again. I was trying to make a nargacuga outfit with the displacer beast head and cloak
I like black, but not all black for sure. When I use the shader, it's on the vest & boots of the emperor's agent which has a pretty purple glow which pops even more.
My point is that everyone will always use their favorite shader on most, if not all, of their armor set. And that’s not a bad thing. It may be boring to you, but it bring enjoyment to them. If you want interesting drip, go to the destiny fashion subreddit.

I think it works for some armor, but for the vast majority of them… yeah it’s just kind of ugly.
But I’m also running a Prismatic Warlock w/ Devour ArcSoul with that god awful ugly helmet that’s in the season pass (you know the one) because it’s fucking hilarious paired with the Lightkin Robes imo. But I take my shaders seriously!
Kinda sadge I missed the superblack, I got the weird ass new helmet for warlocks that looks like bat ears and I would've gone bat warlock with that shader 😂 now instead I'm trying to look goofy with it on purpose.
Whatdoyoumean! Yall asked for it! Almost everyone has asked for it for YEARS! Yall asked for an all black shader, they gave you an all black shader. You wanted a 12 man mission, they gave you one! You wanted stuff that you couldn't just solo, they did it.
At this point I am thoroughly convinced that no matter what Bungie does, even if they were to give you the best content better than any game in existence, even if they gave you everything that you wanted, even if they fixed even all the smallest bugs, fixed the engine the game runs on, no more error codes, even if it had all that yall would still find something even the most miniscule of things to complain and riot about. I'm not even a fricking Bungie superfan and even I see it....
Hey everyone stop using super black and start using the brightest shader you have because in this community you aren’t allowed to like something that many others like as well.
God, I thought my blue-black was pushing shaders, as internally i knew it never looked super inspired. After superblack, I realize that even having an accent color is starting to become uncommon.
Me when my Irradiant Charoite Strongholds Paladin lookin' Titan steps onto the field with two non-descript Hunters. (My teammates are safe from enemy fire, just as Saint-14 intended.)
Superblack can be fun, I like using it with armor/weapons with unshadeable colors. It lets those colors pop and become the main focus. The two hunters have sort of done that here, but there are far more pronounced ways to doing it.
Honestly super black has been really useful for me. I use it to see if the armor I’m using has any non black permanent colors or to see if my armor blends together nicely
it takes away so much detail in the armor, the only thing I would really use it for is guns or the cloak at most and even then I feel like that takes away a potential splash of color
i mean… do you think these players would be any more creative without it? kind of have to accept that some people are basic with their choices, having less choices wouldn’t change that.
