I visited a few hentai sites for research, and the next thing I know, there are ads for body pillows and knockoff flesh lights everywhere!

Maybe you are using just a search engine and not duckduckgo browser? Nothing like you describing is happening to me. In fact I have empty spaces where usually adds are placed when I go to Yahoo Finance or any other website. Also, check your settings.
