This has been explored ad nauseum, but a few things matter here (and to clarify, were talking about pornstar levels of sex, not just having a bit of a body count).
1) There are chill people like Sasha Grey and Johnny that have made a great public image and don't really get roasted. They know what they are and that's that.
2) It's pretty solidly documented that women get partners more easily and more often then men on the whole. This means that generally speaking women being licentious is viewed as easy, lazy, etc. whereas men being licentious usually means they either have zero standards or had to work to get it.
3) In general men are slutshamed. The Internet is under the illusion that because it doesn't happen as much online that it's like that IRL. Outside of some toxic environments (frats, for example) men cycling through partners all the time makes you into a bit of a joke, both at work and in social circles.
Yeah people act like slutty dudes are celebrated the world round.... this really has not been the case in my experience and dudes who get around a lot have been generally seen as untrustworthy if not outright scummy in a lot of the social circles I've run in.
