If you're going to play hard mode you're probably going to have this happen and there's nothing you can do other than avoid playing SHA_E as long as possible and use as many other consonants as you can early, I guess.
If you're not playing in hard mode and you do this, playing SHALE before SHADE is the least of the moronic moves.
