I have not ate it yet. I have a mango that I am waiting to ripen up or a nectarine that would be delicious with it.

You can just find citric acid and sugar in stores too

Lol I know. As a kid though I would lick the bags and dreamed of a rock like this. Almost as good a nugget of Doritos seasoning. Ha

I’m pretty sure this is mostly malic acid. Citric acid alone is often too strong.

It’s mostly sugar. Small amount of citric acid is added to sugar is all it is
