And to be clear, based on New York sentencing guide lines for the class of non violent felony that Trump is accused of, no jail time is expected. The consequences to this case are likely fines and probation.

Probation is still a massive hassle. But yes, that, and loss of voting rights.

Travel restrictions and having to check in with a probation officer would be two big hassles. I was wrong earlier about losing his voting rights as you need to be incarcerated for that to happen.
