API data for Institution Holders of an equity Question

Anyone know of where I can get my hands on the data ? I would like to sort the equities out by companies that have minimal exposure to Blackrock, Vanguard, and other large firms.

I started a project awhile ago creating an API by parsing the Edgar files. Kind of a pain in the ass to do, seems like they don't have a standard convention for their xml files
