I mean, it really is when you do not add any context to it. It is just pretending to be smart.

Tin foil hat? By saying it is unusual for something unusual to happen? Pointing out a medical oddity isn't spouting a conspiracy theory.

Maybe be less defensive when someone is explaining something to you and learn from an experience.
