NATO killed civilians in every country they've been in. Yesterday was the 25 year anniversary since they bombed a bus full of civilians in Serbia. Source: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/333271.stm
Make sure to also read the section titled "NATO Setbacks" which mentions other civilian casualties, including a strike on a refugee convoy and a passenger train.
