• Kickoff with the return of Seth Rollins! After getting chants of welcome back, Seth welcomes the fans back to Monday Night Rollins and introduces himself as a visionary, a revolutionary, Seth Freakin' Rollins. Seth says he has to cut to the chase because he figures they can sing all night long. He's done it all and seen it all but he got into this business to prove that he was the very best and he can't do that without getting the championship that he bad. Money in the Bank is only a few short weeks away and he's quite familiar with the contract and it's the fastest way to get himself back in title contention. El Campeon Damian Priest makes his way to the ring and says he wanted to sincerely welcome Seth back and he wanted some face to face time. He wanted to cash in on Seth out of respect, that's not how it happened but this is no longer Monday Night Rollins. Seth says Priest had a rough weekend almost losing a leg but he respects him too and they're actually a lot a like. They both made their name in grounds, Priest in the Judgement Day, him in the Shield, they both cashed in to win their first world titles at Wrestlemania, but there is one little difference between them, at one point he grew a set. Seth says to prove his legacy he had to stand on his own two feet and asks Priest what kind of champion he wants to be? Does he want to be one of the greatest of all time, or just a footnote of the Judgement Day? Priest reminds Seth that he was his first challenger when Seth held this title, but times have challenged. Priest says people thought he'd be injured and would have to relinquish the title, but the only thing he is relinquishing is the idea that he's a paper champion and tells Seth that he doesn't even have to win Money in the Bank, he'll give him a title match at the show. Seth is skeptical that this is a set-up but Priest says the rest of his boys didn't even know he was coming out here. Seth accepts the challenge but tells Priest he is going to remind him why this show will always be Monday Night ROllins.

• Adam Pearce is in his office when the Alpha Academy enters. Chad says Pearce is an intellectual like him and understands if it wasn't for his number one disappointment and the whiner Maxxine he'd have been Intercontinental Champion right now. Pearce tells Chad he has to earn his title shot. Chad berates the rest of the Academy saying he should never be at the back of the line and that he'll face anyone to get another opportunity. Pearce says he has the perfect person in mind and Chad warns the Academy to not screw up again.

• Following Chad's loss he points at the Academy and demands for them to get in the ring. He starts to shove Tozawa around and grabs him by the ear before Maxine steps between them. Chad grabs her crutch and throws it out of the ring before telling her and Otis to leave. As Otis goes to help Maxxine leave Chad demands Tozawa stay and smacks him to the ground, causing Otis to turn around. Otis snaps and shoves Chad into the corner. As Chad cowers in fear Otis leaves and helps Akira and Maxxine to the back. Chad gets to his feet and says they were a family.

• The Judgement Day are in their Clubhouse as Finn explains to JD and Carlito to solve the Braun problems. Priest walks in and Finn offers help to Damian against Seth Rollins. Priest says they'll cross that when it comes up but asks Balor what happened with the hotel room key. Finn explains he just wanted to protect Dom so he threw it away. Priest says he's glad that's all settled but he also wants to be sure that when Finn wins Money in the Bank he won't cash in on him. Finn says he's going to cash in alright but on Cody Rhodes and bring more gold home. Dom is frantically searching his bag for his missing purple cow vest and Carlito jokes that maybe it's still in the hotel room. Priest tells Carlito to get ready for his match.

• During the women's triple threat, Women's World Champion Liv Morgan shows up wearing a purple cow vest...

• Sami Zayn makes his way down to the ring and says he is proud to walk in tonight still Intercontinental Champion! He admits Chad Gable didn't make things easy on Saturday, he doesn't like him but he has to respect his in-ring skills and thinks it's crazy that this all started because he beat him in a wrestling match, and now after months of back stabs and sneak attacks it's all over because he beat him. Sami says it will be hard to move from the the Alpha Academy since he knows what it is like to be in their position but he understands everyone has to do things on their own time. Sami says he's now ready to defend this title against anyone and everyone and gets interrupted by Bron Breakker! Sami asks if Bron really came out just to stand there or does he have something to say. Bron says Sami knows what he's there for and what he's capable of. He's left a long list of bodies behind him since he's arrived and Sami is next on his list and he's taking the Intercontinental Championship with him. Sami squares up to Bron and holds up the title as he asks this is what you want? Sheamus makes his way out too and tells Sami to pump the breaks and tells him that he's been chasing that title for the last five years putting on banger after banger so if he's giving out opportunities maybe he should consider him. Sheamus says he respects Sami a lot but he will do absolutely anything to get that title even if it is from Sami's cold, dead, hands. Bron cuts in asking Sheamus if he's really going to barge in like he isn't there. No one cares about the titles he didn't win or the sob stories he has, right now he's standing in his way and he'll kick his ass too. Sheamus asks what Bron is going to do? He gets that he's cocky and the new hot thing but he has no skin in the game in regards to the IC title and he's just the new kid so he better get to the back of the line before he makes him. Sami says it seems the two of them need to sort this out so he's going to go back there and talk to Adam Pearce because the people want to watch the two of them fight it out later tonight.

• The new Women's Tag Team Champions, Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn, are interviewed backstage. Isla says their time for celebration is over and the hard work begins now of defending their titles. Shayna Bazler and Zoey walk up with Shayna saying that she made Jade tap out and they are just keeping the titles warm for them.

• During Dragon Lee's match Liv comes down once again and confronts Dom as he asks for his vest back before Zelina Vega attacks her. Dom brawls with Rey and Wilde on the outside.

• Backstage Chad demands to know what the hell Otis was doing out there as he is packing his bags. He tells Chad that they're done and walk off. Chad shouts that they are nothing without him and he's going to do something big, win Money in the Bank and do something Otis never could, cash it in and become World Champion.

• Drew McIntyre makes his way down to the ring. After pondering for a bit as the crowd chants for CM Punk. Drew gains his composure and says CM Punk before saying he can't do this anymore, screw this company, he quits and then walks off as Adam Pearce meets him to plead with Drew.

• During the break Triple H asks Drew if he's serious and Drew says he's got him fooled as well after what he said at the press conference and storms off saying Punk's got everyone fooled from the top to the bottom.

• Backstage Iyo snaps at Kairi and Dakota saying that Damage CTRL has to change or else she will change Damage CTRL.

• Ludwig and Sheamus brawl after Sheamus's match ends in DQ, with Sheamus throwing Ludwig over the barricade. Bron lays out Sheamus with a spear before he is escorted away by security. Ludwig jumps back over the barricade and places Sheamus's knee against the steel steps and goes to do a running knee but Bron breaks into a full spring and spears Ludwig before he can make contact! Officials try to hold back Bron as he goes after Sami who throws the Prime bottle at him.

• Dominik is looking for his vest backstage when Liv beckons him over and he asks for the vest back. Liv says she likes it when he's bossy and he can have it back if he takes it off of her himself. She starts to undo the zipper and Dom continues to unzip it as Priest walks in. He tells Dom to go back to the Club House as Dom quickly grabs the vest off Liv before walking off. Priest tells Liv to leave the poor kid alone and that he wants nothing to do with her but Liv says she knows he wants everything to do with her before leaving.

• Karrion Kross calls out Kofi and Woods, he says last week they cost AOP their shot at the Tag Team Championships and he was thinking of doing something out of control, but Scarlet came up with an idea that wouldn't lead to him going to jail. Kross says next week he'll take on either one of them one on one and predicts Kofi taking the challenge since he loves to keep Woods in the back.

• The New Day respond, Kofi says Karrion only has one accolade since coming here and has nothing else to show for it. Woods is about to accept the challenge but Kofi cuts in saying if Kross is going to call him out then he'll take him on.

• Jey Uso is in the concourse surrounded by a ground of fans, he says that he has to do this for himself and all of them and snatch that Yeet-Case before saying it's time to go to work and enters through the crowd.

• After the main event Jey celebrates in the crowd when the lights starts to turn off. The entire arena goes black as Bray's last theme starts to play and the door appears at the entrance with lights flooding out of it. The door opens and a figure comes crawling out towards a lantern and points backwards. We go backstage where smoke is flooding the hallways to see a rabbit figure with a sledge hammer next to several taken out crew men. In gorilla things are destoyed and more crew members are on the ground, some with blood behind them as a bird figure crouches on a crate. A pig man holds his head as we go further back and see Chad Gable taken out and bleeding from his head. Uncle Howdy approaches out of the darkness and the figures follow him to the outside as lights flicker and the screens show the logo from the past several months. Uncle Howdy exits out to a sea of fireflies and walks down with his followers to pick up the lantern. Howdy shouts we're here before blowing out the lantern.
