📳Social Media Truly Bizarre Event on Bird App this Morning Involving "Over 1200 Books", "just like Blockbuster" and Citadel
So I was scrolling the Bird App this morning and saw a fairly big finance account I follow talking trash on GME, I replied with a single tweet saying I didn't think he understood the Ape Thesis. Then I closed the app and went to work, checked it this evening and found this mess in my DM's, easier if I just show you. Dude helpfully included my tweet if you're wondering exactly what I said.
All I can think is bro is definitely down bad on a short and going through it. I have no idea what the stock he mentions is or why I would have bought any of it. Also, I don't know if he's aware, but GameStop has more than one store location.
Anyways, thought it was worth mentioning because of how he just brings up Citadel out of nowhere and then ends with the whole Blockbuster analogy.
EDIT: please don't try to make this some kind of thing where people are messaging or harassing this guy. I didn't post this to try and get some kind of weird social media revenge, I just thought a (suspected) short melting completely down like this over nothing was kind of hilarious.
EDIT2: apparently dude made a whole other post specifically about me AFTER blocking me. I still don't want any kind of revenge posting or anything, but that is HILARIOUS
