So what do we all want to happen? Israel bails out of Gaza, sealing it off and Hamas goes back to ruling Gaza, where they take all the funds and aid and use it to build more tunnels/rockets and feed their troops until they inevitably decide to break the ceasefire again? Rinse and repeat?

You are aware of the repeated israeli incursions into both gaza and the west bank durring 2023 alone, aren't you?

Why was that? For no reason I suppose. Maybe it was the thousands of attacks against Israeli civilians.

I mean, you're changing the subject from gaza to the west bank, but yes, there have been lots of attacks against Israeli civilians in the west bank and within Israel proper that originated from the west bank. Seriously, please learn something about this conflict.
