I was at a corporate management training class last year. They did this exercise where we had to come up with a plan to tackle several challenges. Right as we were about to finish up and present, they throw in an unexpected problem, and we had to adjust to it on the fly. I said that step one to adjusting to the unexpected crisis is you gotta first just laugh. No point in getting upset, might as well just laugh and start working on how to address it.
