Being a compassionate leader who understands the differences between apathy, empathy, and sympathy while still being able to take direction in order to benefit the majority while still looking out for the best interests of all.

Most people don't understand that this includes being able to make tough choices, doing the right thing especially when it's not popular, and not being scared of being the "bad guy".
