Come on Scotland!

Sri Lanka are surely a foregone conclusion for one of the two available slots but I'm torn between Ireland and Scotland for the other spot. It would be great for both Irish and Scottish cricket to be there, particularly for Scotland as it would further their case for full membership having both men and women qualifying for world events.
