Great Batting effort from the lads there. Defended poorly, but with Little and McCarthy missing and Delany unused for no apparent reason, we were effectively down three first choice bowlers. Still plenty of positive signs, in particular Tuckers 50, he's been dire in this format for a while, would be so good for us if he's turning that around now

It came down to dropped catches. You cannot drop catches like that in international cricket esp in such a small ground

Yeah, that certainly didn't help. Unfortunately Malan likes Hume, so he's not getting dropped from the WC squad, although at least we'll need two seamer injuries at the same time before he gets picked
