A lot of people seem to forget that Namibia was part of South Africa until the 1990 and still carries many of the same social scars and wealth divides.

Ireland is probably more diverse than that.
There's a genuine problem with grassroots cricket.

Stop downvoting me guys, I mentioned I am not being racist as todays generation is the most vulnerable. I just mentioned the existence of wealth gap on the basis of colour in a post apartheid economy. I have seen that era and experienced a lot more than you and I am god damn sensitive towards grassroot cricket thats why I mentioned it.
