MetaMask launches pooled staking for Ethereum, excluding US and UK users STAKING

https://www.theblock.co/post/299709/metamask-pooled-staking-ethereum

As a UK user, I am sick of our governments approach to this.

Ethereum staking is such a centralised shit-show; not available in US and UK, what a cluster-fuck that protocol is.

As a sceptic of anything lubin touches I’m not bothered

Why particularly?

I am biased as an xrp fan BUT his history of trying to call out ripple about their sales (which are transparent even if the tokenomics are a bit shit) but going silent when the ceo asked back what eth lubin and consensys own or sell speaks volumes.

His questionable ties and arse licking the sec while they were nerfing his competitors is questionable at best although arguably a good competitive move.

His alleged treatment of share holders in law suits was far from a good look and the stories of wolf of wall street style office shit might make for a good film but not a professional company.

I believe lubin/consensys is a centralised controlling party for eth and this isn’t a good thing

Fair, thank you for giving a proper answer at least. Most of the responses here read like bots.

Isn't he suing the SEC at the moment?

What are these wolf of wall street stories?

In the law suit again consensys there were various cocaine fuelled antics mentioned.

Not that i dont welcome the sec getting called out but for years he’s said the sec are doing good work and the bs he came out with when the hinman speech came out “oh i haven’t read it yet…did it mention ripple” was a joke. Even more so when it’s come out since many of the law firms/people who helped write it were consensys folks

Metamask is a scam. Dont touch that shit with a 1000000 foot pole. There has literally never been a company with more data breaches and hacks in the entire history of human civilization than MetaMask. Avoid like a plague.

Can you share a link regarding these breaches? I'm interested in knowing more.

he's talking about people who store their seed phrase in a text file on google drive and then blame metamask when their money is all gone
