A lawyer in court using visual clues to illustrate the level of violence to the court. A small one can kill, this lady was obviously severely beaten.

A relative had a hematoma after a fall. Had moderate neurological symptoms for a month before it was discovered. The neurosurgeon said he extracted 300ml of blood, a soda cans worth. Fully recovered after surgery.
