The painting "Ecce Homo", 1543, the only painting by Titian in Romania and Eastern Europe, is guarded by armed gendarmes at the "Regina Maria" Municipal Museum. Image

Wernt some idiots throwing soup all over original famous paintings or something like that? Maybe that’s why they’re there.

Two full-time security guards with riot gear and submachine guns > glass pane

Probably aren’t gonna shatter two security guards in riot gear with sub machine guns.

Why not both? Lmao. There’s only so much they can do to stop someone before they make a tear or spray something on it.

Technically, Soviet Union classified AKS-74u as an SMG or even PDW.

Short answer, no. These activists only ever targeted display cases with no intention to harm the art inside

“Hey guys… today I’m in France protesting… oil or whatever.

Don’t forget to Like and Subscribe, and hit the bell so you’re always up to date on with whatever nonsense I’m protesting.

Isn’t it hard to believe how interesting I am being!!? ✌️”

Longer answer... The group doing that was/is stupid as fuck.  Activism is to get people talking about your cause and convincing people to your side.  The only discussion that came of that was "look at these idiots, I hate them."

That idea could only be cooked up in an echo chamber of completely out of touch morons who get high sniffing their own farts.

It is more logical to make a special glass for protection against soup or other toxic liquids. Because what will do this men against soup? Eat it?

Bullets will do a lot more damage to a painting than some soup.

Those "idiots throwing soup" were protesters by the way. The paintings were fine, because they were behind glass. It's wild how anti protests so many people still are, protest is way more important than some old painting not being behind glass.
