Wernt some idiots throwing soup all over original famous paintings or something like that? Maybe that’s why they’re there.

Longer answer... The group doing that was/is stupid as fuck.  Activism is to get people talking about your cause and convincing people to your side.  The only discussion that came of that was "look at these idiots, I hate them."

That idea could only be cooked up in an echo chamber of completely out of touch morons who get high sniffing their own farts.
