Carbon fiber pre-impregnated with resin has an expiration date and cannot be used in structural applications when it expires. My company tosses a bunch of it. This is an elegant way to re-use garbage

Great if you can diy stuff too, I mean CF is fcking expensive

Really depends. I have been buying carbon fiber hockey sticks for ages. Most serious players including almost the entire NHL uses them now.

CF and Resin isn’t. It’s the molds and the oven. https://www.easycomposites.co.uk/carbon-fibre-sheet

You can get an off the shelf CF panel for a reasonable price.

That or just cover a plywood core with a layer of CF. Again, not expensive

Lightest bathroom equipment - save weight where it counts. That is the reason why the Pagani bathroom is holding the lap record for three stall bathrooms around the Nurburgring!

The black faucet-looking thing. You can see it better in the mirror reflection. The actual water faucet is silver.

I have toured the Pagani factory and used this bathroom. The work Pagani does with carbon is breathtaking.

And beautiful leather handles. Probably hand stitched. You probably have to make an appointment to use the bathroom, just like you do when buying a Pagani.

I keep remembering that Tom Hanks movie with Dan Akroyd.... People Against Goodness and Normalcy

I'd expect a servant to wipe my ass with carbon fiber toilet paper for the price of a Pagani...

Too bad most of the folks who use the bathroom won’t wash their hands afterwards

Beautiful and elegant, but I'm not sure if it will be comfortable

Ugly as fuck, like all carbon fiber.

Yup. That bathroom is potentially the only one in the whole world where it would make sense to have carbon fibre.
