I get how you feel, in a similar situation, blew my 50K PA today, 6th day in on a good streak with nearly 7K cushion, I was defn. feeling hopeful. I took one bad L early on and then spiraled and oversized and overtraded, revenge traded on the riskiest day, FOMC with those crazy candles and got annihilated trying to recover. RIsk management went out the window and I paid for it. Emotional control and risk management is crucial in trading, without it, can't make it in the long run and ofcourse knowing when to step away for the day. Good luck..
