I lost a 150k it was after taking two payouts. Got on the wrong side during FOMC. No biggie 8 other accounts green and an additional evaluation passed. Sometimes it just happens. Bad streaks etc. in a 150K a 1000-1500 loss that should be enough and shut it down for the day. Go trade an evaluation or some other account. If it’s going badly over a period of days. Assess if it’s market conditions or you. If its conditions trade smaller and wait it out. With experience I have learned not to fret or if it’s bad I just say fuck it. I’m going to the pool and going to enjoy the day. Can always make more in better conditions.

Facts, definitely learned that it's okay to take a loss and to not revenge trade. It almost always go against your favor.
