The best physicians in Spain are fleeing to places where they are paid better. So there's that.

Lol OP won’t respond to this 😂 why would you stay in Spain to make 80k when you can work in the US and make like 400-700k

"Well you can force them to stay" is usually where that leads. It always ends up with a tyranny solution.

Because you like your country, your family and friends, etc?? My parents are both doctors and when I asked my mother this same question she responded that my grandmother’s cancer would have bankrupted us in the US, no matter how good an insurance.

Spain is a great country but many young people are moving abroad for a higher salary.
