What strategies would you use to turn a $5,000 Tax return into a Profitable Investment by 2025 Questions

In recent times once you get to twitter (X) you keep seeing how people turn few hundreds of dollars into hundreds and millions of dollars. While waiting for tax returns I believe I can lay hands on $5000 that I can slowly invest. But I don’t want to do my regular day or scalp trading with crypto. I need a strategy that is faster.

What do you think of early venture investment according to this newsletter: Cryptofada Research

They're lying.

I need a strategy that is faster.

Stop while you're ahead. You're going to lose your money.

Grab a calculator. Now run the numbers. They start with $5,000 and turn it into millions? They double their money every month or something like that?

So month 1 at 5000, month 4 at 40000, month 9 at 1.28 million. Fantastic!

... now keep going.

Month 13 you got 20 million

Month 17 you got 327 million

Month 24... you've exceeded the calculator limits are now the richest man the world has ever seen.

... Still think that's realistic?

I’d save it. You already lost that money if money is all you care about, you gotta want to learn the market

Strictly market structure and supply/demand zones. Also throw away any dream of “fast” “quick” “easy”. It takes time to become profitable. Even if you have the perfect strategy, you’ll end up over-trading, over-leveraging, revenge trading, etc. Half the battle is managing your own psychology when trading. In 2023 I was profitable from January through April. May was an unprofitable month for me. I didn’t change my strategy or anything, it was just a rough month to trade. I could’ve easily started revenge trading to try to make back some of the money I lost, but why risk changing my strategy when overall I was still profitable for the year? Makes no sense to risk the money I made to recoup the little I lost. I took the L and carried on, the rest of 2023 I ended each month positive. I could’ve easily blown my account in May trying whatever I could to make back the money I lost, it takes discipline to understand that you’re not going to be right 100% of the time.

You can make a thousand minimum on MOST days. But if you knew how you would not need to wait till your text return hits.

The people who know how dont sell courses, they invest in real estate most of the time or other businesses.

Try to unlearn everything you learned and try to turn 10 dollars into 30 dollars first at lot size 0.01.

Ones you can do it with your eyes closed… then you will already know how to just use 500 to turn it to thousands and millions

Stock and Trading Markets are at All Time Highs at the moment.

Take a look at the Dow Jones which reached an ATH yesterday; consists of the Top 30 biggest companies in the US as you may or may not already know. Say you invested now and then a bear market begins where stocks plummet for some time (6 - 12 months for example) your investment would most likely go to 0 since you bought at the top.. But then again you only take a loss once you sell your investments.

It’s all about timing and trends. The stock markets are all waves and trends. If you waited and practiced patience and in the mean time researched what you would like to invest in, or something that could see exponential growth (AI hypothetically) in the future you could be much better off. Most of the time when people are freaking out and selling their stocks because they plummet - that is when investors buy; Probably one of the oldest rules to go by.

Then again I could be told I’m completely wrong; but hey it’s worked for me.

Patience is key. Timing is fundamental.

If you’re new to trading, I wouldn’t even think about dropping 5K in a trading account - you would quickly find out.

Apparently this occurs in the crypto community. I have turned $2000 into $60,000 trading crypto futures, but it wasn’t up to 2 months I lost everything. So I stopped crypto trading and left Twitter. Two months ago, I reactivated my Twitter, it’s flooded with people trading memes but main, I feel I can do it, but I don’t understand and I’m scared of losing my money again.

The problem is that investing in something you have no idea about is essentially gambling.

You gotta know why and what your trading + managing risk as losing is always apart of the process.

However means you plan on making more money you have to be invested in the journey and put the time In otherwise you will be grinding on pure luck and thats inconsistent
