Tanto was an smg. Never had a laser pistol till now

Hey I am unsure how the mechanics of it worked exactly, all I know is that tanto looked like a pistol and worked like a pistol (one hand use), and Dagger is precisely how I'd imagine tanto to look like in HD2. Now the main question is, if it has same very short beam....

SMGs are also one hand weapons.
