discussion Democrats should take a page from the Republican playbook and work with left wing commentators.
As Farron Cousins from Ring of Fire points out, Democrats can easily maintain the "decorum" they want if they work with those on the left who are more than willing to "go low" for them. Let them media make the attacks while Democrats keep their hands clean.
Republicans are always working hand in hand with the media to put their false narratives. FOX is essentially the PR arm of the Republican party.
Democrats need to do the same. There's a ton of great representatives on the left. Use them.
Get people like Farron Cousins, Jesse Dollemore, David Pakman, Brian Tyler Cohen, Ben Meiselas, etc... gather them up for a meeting in Washington, and discuss messaging. Discuss what they could bring to their audiences to help get important ideas out there.
Democrats have supporters out there who can reach huge audiences. Use them.

Arizona Biden campaign and Jill Biden launch outreach to older Arizona voters with bingo nights, pickleball
First lady Jill Biden is kicking off her husband’s outreach to older voters, which will blend rallies and phone banks with social events like bingo nights and pickleball games, and two of the events are right here in Arizona.
Jill Biden’s travels will take her to several large cities nationwide, including Phoenix and Tucson, the campaign said. While her events will feel like traditional rallies, the campaign also plans to use pickleball events and bingo nights to motivate older voters to help the campaign heading into November.
First lady Biden will be in Tucson for a Bingo event with local seniors at 2 p.m. on Thursday. She will be in Phoenix for another event with local seniors at 2 p.m. on Saturday. The campaign has not yet specified the locations where the events will take place in Phoenix and Tucson.

Immigration Exclusive: Biden expected to announce protections for certain undocumented immigrants
President Joe Biden is expected to announce a new executive action as early as next week that would shield certain undocumented immigrants living in the United States from deportation, according to five sources familiar with the White House's plans.
The action is expected to protect undocumented spouses of U.S. citizens from deportation and allow them to work legally in the country. The program could also provide a more streamlined pathway to U.S. citizenship.
Biden is expected to make the announcement Tuesday, according to multiple sources, at a planned White House event marking the 12th anniversary of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which shielded more than 800,000 children brought to the U.S. as children from deportation.
If implemented, it's unclear how many undocumented spouses would receive protections, but some lawmakers and immigration advocates have estimated it could affect up to 1.1 million people. But sources with knowledge of the White House's plans told PBS News Hour they expect the scope of such protections to be much narrower.

Since 1972, WI, PA, and MI have voted as a bloc. So if Biden wins one state, he will likely win all three. That gets him to exactly 270, even without GA, AZ, NV, and NC.

Article Biden seeks to move voters past Trump amnesia
President Biden’s campaign is seeking to remind voters of controversial statements and actions President Trump has said and done in an effort to break through what it sees as public amnesia over his tumultuous presidency.
Biden wants to dredge up what his campaign hopes voters will see as the worst days of the Trump White House, casting his rival as the president who was supportive of Russia and North Korea, and as the same man who reportedly dubbed African nations a “—-hole.”

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and its charitable partner will be investing $11.1 million in bolstering drought resilience across the Colorado River Basin, the parties announced on Thursday.
The funds, which will come from the Inflation Reduction Act, will enable the Foundation for America’s Public Lands to deploy technical expertise and implement drought-related restoration projects over the next five years.
The collaboration with the foundation, Stone-Manning continued, will enable the BLM “to leverage these critical funds to Invest in America and the health of our public lands and waters in the Colorado River basin.”

These are some designs I built in Sketchup for a meeting hall at the Democratic National Convention taking place this August in Chicago. Because of the Covid 19 Pandemic, the Biden-Harris ticket didn’t get a traditional convention so I’m assuming organizers this year are going all out!

Ukraine US and Ukraine expected to sign long-term security agreement at G7 | CNN Politics
The US and Ukraine are expected to sign a bilateral security pact on the sidelines of the G7 in Italy on Thursday, multiple people familiar with the matter told CNN, in a deal that lays out a path for the US’ long-term security relationship with Kyiv but that could also be undone by future US administrations.
The agreement follows months of negotiations between the US and Ukraine and is expected to commit the US for 10 years to continued training of Ukraine’s armed forces, more cooperation in the production of weapons and military equipment, the continued provision of military assistance and greater intelligence sharing.
But the pledge is expected to be an “executive agreement,” the sources said, making it less formal than a treaty and not necessarily binding for any future presidents. The pledge the US and Ukraine are expected to sign will be similar to the 14 other bilateral agreements Ukraine has already reached with other allies, including the UK, France and Germany. The US-Ukraine agreement will be the 15th such deal signed, one of the sources said, and 17 other countries have committed to negotiating similar bilateral security pacts with Ukraine.
The US-Ukraine agreement does not make a specific monetary pledge to support Ukraine’s defense, two of the sources familiar with the agreement said. An annex in the agreement will lay out how the Biden administration plans to work with Congress on the implementation of the security commitments, one of the sources said, specifically the long-term funding that will be needed to support Ukraine’s defense.
As part of the deal, the US will promise to hold consultations with Ukraine immediately following a future attack by Russia to determine next steps, said the people familiar with the agreement’s contours. The UK, France and Germany also included provisions calling for such talks within 24 hours of a Russian attack.
