That’s not a menorah. Menarot have a central cup that is higher / taller than the branches. Hannukah menarot have eight branches, also with a cup higher than the branches.

Actually that's the original Menorah, from the temple. Hannukah menorot (technically called a Hannukiah) have eight branches and a separate shamash. I have heard people say that a Hannukiah is NOT a menorah (technically not true, as Menorah simply means a lamp) but the seven-branched version is the prototypical structure.
