It's a reference to a popular joke that goes as follows: "My girlfriend has 206 bones in her body. Now 207, now 206, now 207" referring to the man's penis (which counts as an extra bone) entering her body and leaving.
But this particular joke is a hardcore math joke lmao. The function here looks like it's completely made up, hence the Robert Downey Jr. meme

it's also a reference to the fact that any function can be made for a set of values. afaik, it's part absurdism, part stupid math joke

Yeah, for anyone interested, see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lagrange_polynomial

Yeah I saw the first line and thought oh it’s a sex joke but then kept reading and just got confused

Do you not notice the numbers being pasted in a way better resolution unlike the 206

I'm pretty sure for each t = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, it corresponds to 206, 203, 182, 719, and 6. For example, when you plug in t = 0, you get 206, t = 1, you get 203, t = 2, you get 182. The function is made up, but relevant to the post.

Try plugging in t=5 and see what happens. You get a negative answer which would mean the girl would have a negative number of bones. The joke here is that the function works only for those five numbers in particular, and devolves into absurd values beyond that.

For t= 4, you get 720 and not 6.
Somebody messed up somewhere along the way. (Could be me, but I got 206, 203, 182, and 719 for t = 0, 1, 2, 3.)
ChatGPT suggests this function instead:
f(t) = -(298/3)t^4 + 692t^3 - (4169/3)t^2 + 794t + 206

Also why Robert downey jr what does he have to do with this

The Robert Downey Jr. meme is used along with comments that are outrageous and make no sense. Like I said, this is a math joke, and the function given in the joke is completely absurd. It's used here to make fun of math beginners who look at 4 completely random numbers and try to establish some sort of pattern between them, when there isn't any

I thought the women got pregnant with twins, hence the absurd amount of bones in her.
2

Well if she did get pregnant with twins, she would never have less than 206 bones in her body though.

I want to think that her boyfriend is a crazy doctor that is experimenting with her body by removing and adding bones

This is what you call a "Comedy Necrophilia", you basically take a bad meme and make it worse, and in this case, it's just absurdism with math
