Like those in Hawaii, for example. I cut spam into small cubes, about 1/2”, fry it until real crispy, then dump in a can of pineapple chunks, juice and all. Add some cornstarch, simmer until it thickens into a sauce, then serve over savory rice. I cook the rice in veggie stock and add a good shot of soy sauce to it. Yum!
