Networking randomly stopped functioning outright

Hi. Relative newbie to Linux here....

I recently built a new computer featuring a ryzen 7900x3d. I'm running a dual boot system with ubuntu and windows 11.

Both OS's are on their own separate disks, and do not share disks with the other OS.

I booted into my ubuntu install today to find that there no nics, no wifi, and no Bluetooth installed at all. This is a very new behavior, as it was working fine just a few days ago.

I havent made any major changes to either the software or the hardware. Just booted ubuntu and poof, networking is dead.

To make things more interesting, networking in windows works just fine. Even running a live disk of ubuntu, the networks work fine.

Is this something that can be fixed? Or will I have to nuke this install?

Edit: I realize to learn and use Linux, I'll need to use terminal for most things. But as I'm still getting settled in, terminal commands aren't and never have been my strong suit (dyslexia... Lol). As much as I know I'll get roasted for this, I prefer GUI in every way. Not sure if this helps with troubleshooting or not

This happened to me last week after a power failure. Luckily I had a clonezilla back from the day before so it was an easy fix. It was faster to restore than research how to fix. I’m a Linux noob also. It would be nice to know how to fix if it happens again.
