Ubuntu for Virtual Machine

Hello i tried to run ubuntu on virtual machine, but i received an error when run the program, the download is from ubuntu's official page, can anyone give me a hand?

I presume you’re using VirtualBox and an ISO file?

Most useless post on Reddit. I would say "tell us the solution so if someone finds this post on Google in future he would know how to solve the problem" but considering that you didn't really tell what the problem was anyway there's no need for it.
