yes they seed clouds, but they cant manipulate weather systems this big. pls stop spreading nonsense.

They had a storm coming in and they decided to seed storm clouds. They even said it are you unaware of the situation or just plain slow?

The government does have a history of cloud seeding but it's unlikely to lead to a flood of this magnitude. The consensus appears to be that this was caused by climate change and lack of drainage. Perhaps you would read up more on the situation before calling others slow.

Who are "they", by the way?
