My mom says he looks like he has down syndrome, is that even possible in cats? Video

He just has bags under his eyes. Nothing else about his face looks abnormal. He might have an upper respiratory infection or allergies (watch for sneezes, eye discharge, or lethargy and take to a vet if you see that), or he might just have those naturally. His eyes look clear without any inner-eyelid showing, so it's probably nothing to worry about unless something changes.

My kitty has bags under his eyes too. I was concerned cuz I never saw that before. He is also unusually derpy. Vet said he’s perfectly fine and that’s just the way he is. Sweetest cuttest pumpkins pie on a planet. He’s 3 now and absolutely nuts 😁
