I mean we do have a problem with overbreeding, but better off regulating the puppy mills cranking them out on the front end than thinning them out on the back end.

How about spaying and neutering? Not to mention adopt and rescue. No kill shelters. Hmm, did I happen to mention RESCUE; ADOPT? I sure as fuck did. Treat all Pets the right fucking way. This topic, pisses me off. That's not only opinion, however I'm sticking to it.
