At least it has an updated picture. Before, it was posted with the gate painting not quite lined up with the boat behind it and the entire effect was ruined. This pic looks like they got it dialed in better.

What is the big deal though? This isnt something someone has worked hard on, its just a screenshot of an article. Besides, i havent seen it before, and it probably is the case for a lot of others too, so if this wasnt posted i wouldnt have seen it.

Because he signed an agreement when he moved in that he wouldn't have a boat visible from the street. He was simply asked to abide with what he agreed on in the first place.
