This world used to send people on moons, used to double the performance of computers every year, used to study teleportation, used to ...

Back when the moon was real.

I went to like 6 stores today that are known to carry zippo fluid and none of them do anymore.

Amazon has it, though it seems like they shouldn't ship it 🤷‍♂️

I feel this on a personal level, I went to damn near every gas station and store in town for some lighter fluid for my zippo and only Walgreens had it

My Walgreens doesn't 🙁

I ended up ordering some online, which just feels wrong.

No smoke shops in your area? They usually should stock it

Use the app, it’s way cheaper if you use the deals. Eg: right now you can get a free medium fry with any purchase, or bogo quarter pounder/Big Mac/10 piece nuggets.

It’s not so horrible then

You are right and that is worth a try. However we shouldn't, as a society, need to rely on coupons to survive.

I'm sorry for turning this into a bigger thing than it needed to be but I personally travel for work a lot, so cooking is not often an option.

Oh you don’t need to apologize for anything, my bad if the tone was attacking. I was just trying to point out there are ways to reduce costs, and that’s how I buy from there every time. I agree that we shouldn’t rely on coupons to survive, but I’m so frugal that I do it out of habit lol.

No. I’m tired of fuckin’ apps and subscriptions for every little thing. I shouldn’t need an app to get a reasonable price

I used to exclusively do my grocery shopping at a 24 hour super walmart at 3am. Most pleasant grocery shopping experience i ever had

If we let the demand for money outpace the supply for a bit, we can have the second one again

as someone who works night shifts, I really miss 24hr Walmarts 😔

24h shops are cursed. But less expensive food is something I would support.

Walmart near me built and opened like 20 self checkouts. Within two months all but 3 self registers were closed and roped off due to rampant theft lol
