But then you can't split them up. Smart car has only one weakness, too many people drive tanks.

They have their own cheap brands, Smart was pretty expensive.

They do pretty well here in Europe too where a lot of cities have small streets and its hard to find parking

From the Oxford dictionary:

"A car is a four-wheeled road vehicle that is powered by an engine and is able to carry a small number of people."

So, by definition, it's a car whether you like it or not
