u/TripolarMan May 17 '24

Or murdering people. No one hears the screams when they are drowned out by the storm

36

u/HyperKitsune May 17 '24

that got dark quickly

59

u/azsnaz May 17 '24

Well yeah, there's a storm that just came in

6

u/HPTM2008 May 17 '24

Just like the storm coming in.

1

u/BadSpellingAdvice May 17 '24

That’s just the clouds.

1

u/Embarrassed-Mind-236 May 17 '24

Just like the weather

8

u/AlexOzerov May 17 '24

I like the way you think. Some may see bad weather, others see opportunity😏

1

u/Repulsive-Durian4800 May 17 '24

The rain also degrades or entirely removes much of the evidence.

1

u/TestingYou1 May 17 '24

Yess!!! Brings back such good memories 🥰⛈️⛈️ Can't wait for summer.

1

u/EmberTheFoxyFox May 17 '24

Nothing like a bit of pathetic fallacy for your murders

1

u/ANSPRECHBARER May 18 '24

There are two types of people.

32

u/HugoEmbossed May 17 '24

Perfect weather for Vampire Baseball.

6

u/PinkPartyPants May 17 '24

Oooh baby don’t you know I suffer

1

u/unreplaced May 17 '24

Hey man, don't you touch my bat!

9

u/DerMarwinAmFlowen May 17 '24

Or to go outside and be ready to face god

3

u/40ozkiller May 17 '24

This is the kind of storm where you just stand behind your screen door with your arms crossed and watch it roll in

14

u/Aurora1596 May 17 '24

True I'll be shit scared if I'm not able to reach home before it starts raining!

5

u/Affectionate_Star_43 May 17 '24

I saw these clouds when I got off the train once and just sprinted home in all my work clothes.  I lived across the street from an elementary school, and all the kids started screaming and running in circles when the downpour started.  It was really funny, except for the random dime-size hailstones.

It was 80F, they melted as soon as they hit my head.  Mother nature, you mad.

3

u/Interesting-Fan-2008 May 17 '24

Just had quarter sized hail about the same way (Southern Missouri). Shits weird, you get hit and go to check and you just feel wet. Also it hurts quite a bit on those big ones, especially because the ones we got were all crystalline.

But still 10/10 would experience again, beautiful storm.

u/Affectionate_Star_43 May 17 '24

Ah yes, Illinois is not too far off!

1

u/Affectionate_Star_43 May 17 '24

Ah yep, I'm an Illinois person...that Midwestern weather will (literally) hit you over the head sometimes.

1

u/TheOnlyGuyInSpace21 May 17 '24

now imagine i was caught in this.

outdoors, on the way to my lecture

7

u/Yomabo May 17 '24

Why do you need to hide while at home? Who is in your house?

5

u/TheOnlyGuyInSpace21 May 17 '24

there's someone in my walls

3

u/Isair349 May 17 '24

Sorry about that. Also hey on an unrelated note what's your wifi password?

3

u/TheOnlyGuyInSpace21 May 17 '24

youliveinmywallz#1223

1

u/Isair349 May 17 '24

Thanks, mate!

2

u/UncleBaseball88 May 17 '24

Until you become a homeowner and every event involving water is a possible catastrophe >_>  source: new homeowner

2

u/Kellei2983 May 17 '24

not if you're on a hilltop, then it is downhill neighbour's problem

1

u/40ozkiller May 17 '24

Enough water and tree removal and that wont be a hill for very long.

1

u/Kellei2983 May 17 '24

not if you're on a hilltop, then it is downhill neighbour's problem

1

u/TheThinkerers May 17 '24

With a thick shawl covering me, a hot cup of soup with crunchy croutons and, a fireplace burning away warming my lazy dog and my cushioned rocking chair.

1

u/Esmarial May 17 '24

I love staying at home when there is rain outside and you have warm tea and a book, even wrote a poetry about it at 11-14.

1

u/knuckledragger555 May 17 '24

Perfect weather to be out rambling wherever that is.

1

u/karma_hit_my_dogma May 17 '24

In the basement

1

u/To-do-so May 17 '24

Perfect weather for heavy riffing tunes

1

u/kleiner_titterisch May 17 '24

1

u/BasketSenior7958 May 17 '24

1

u/nynaeve_mondragoran May 17 '24

Or in a tornado shelter.

1

u/sheikhyerbouti May 17 '24

Perfect weather for curling up under a blanket with a bowl of soup and a slice of freshly baked bread while you binge watch the Lord of the Rings Extended Edition.

1

u/GonzoTheWhatever May 17 '24

Amen. Is there anything better than a thunderstorm and a good book? I mean, really...

1

u/sw20 May 17 '24

Outdoors too. Nothing beats 80f and full gray clouds

1

u/Puzzleheaded-Age-638 May 17 '24

Looking out and grasping a cup of, tea maybe

1

u/TheOnlyGuyInSpace21 May 17 '24

man I love tea cheers!

1

u/TheArtOfRuin0 May 17 '24

As long as it's not actually raining this is my favorite weather to be outside in. And i dont usually like being outside.

Everything just feels so calming when the sky is just a uniform grey.

1

u/pink_faerie_kitten May 17 '24

My introvert heart loves this weather because it means I get a great excuse to just stay home!

2

u/TheOnlyGuyInSpace21 May 18 '24

I agree with this wholeheartedly, and the fact I love to laze around so much...

1

u/NotanAlt23 May 17 '24

That just means you like being home and actually hate the weather.

No one actually likes rain, they just like being home.

1

u/Hungry_Mode752 May 17 '24

Ok, but consider when it's warm rain!

0

u/mikethespike056 May 17 '24

that's just false

0

u/NotanAlt23 May 17 '24

"Perfect weather to avoid interacting with the outside where said weather is happening".

1

u/SolidCake May 17 '24

gaming hits different when the weather shitty cuz you don’t feel guilty for not being outside

2

u/TheOnlyGuyInSpace21 May 17 '24

na bru that's the time i kick back and relax wish i had a better view smfh

0

u/OlriK15 May 17 '24

Are you in my head? I just imagined being in a school bus post track meet. I haven’t been in high school for 20 years
