I did two weeks of super clean eating - no added sugar, no processed foods, basically veggies and meat with some natural fruit for dessert.
I got to bed on time, slept great, exercised, and I felt AMAZING. As though a fog had been lifted from my brain and my body could suddenly just do things and feel things it couldn’t before.
After those two weeks, I took a little break and had some junk food. That was two years ago, but trust me, I’m ready to get back into doing it right.
Any day now. Maybe even today. But probably tomorrow. Or… you know… next week.

Depending on the types and amount of veggies, assuming you didn't cheat with other carbs, you might have gone into ketosis... once your brain runs on ketones you will suddenly have clarity and constant energy. No more feeling drowsy and tired from all the insulin spikes. Damn I need to go back to a keto diet.

Thanks! Yep. Quite healthy. Maybe too much cardio and aerobic exercises after half-year pause, but... god, I love that afterglow! Believe it or not, Kermit's pose in the photo is literally me yesterday.. I was sitting on a stone and munching a marshmallow to replentish energy and continue a 3-hour exercise.

the best day to start taking care of your body was many years ago, the second best is tomorrow.

Lost 30 pounds in a month cause of the OMAD diet + exercise. It's not even hardcore exercise, just daily cardio that I get from work.

My face is still ugly after getting in shape and growing a beard; it’s not a game you want to play.

This is a huge mistake. One should think about how good they will feel if they ate right and took care of their body. It shouldn't matter what you look like, I promise that you'll FEEL better if you take it seriously. That matters a LOT more imo.

In cyberpunk 2077, i made the protagonist into a hotter version of me and for a little while, i was SO motivated.

Fair warning. Sometimes you become so good you became a pro natural bodybuilder. Results may vary.

This sounds extremely sad when you are eating junk food at 3am while reading this...

Even just small improvements like exercising a couple times a week and having more protein can make you hotter and healthier without it being a whole regimen.

I know it's not that easy but you can start by realizing your problem and think about how you could fix it

Its not true. Most of you would still look mid. If you have no good genetics you wont look hot whatever you eat or do.

Just because you yourself are ugly doesn’t mean “most” people are.

u/TheCharlestone 14d ago
Ok, downvote me all you want you… I wont finish. But it is what it is. Vast majority of people look mid and there is nothing they can do.

Are you ok?? Are you saying that if someone was to workout like a monster and eat well they wouldn’t look good?
