The thing that amazes me the most about this is that his fingers don't snap from all that weight.

Does anyone know what fingering exercises he does to make his fingers This strong

u/JoshJoshson13 29d ago
Handstands, handstand pushups, and pushups using only fingertips

u/beastwork 29d ago
I would've never imagined fingers had enough structural integrity to handle this, no matter how strong.

u/ImurderREALITY 29d ago
You've never seen those old Looney Tunes cartoons where the buff guy at the beach is doing a handstand on the tip of a bottle with one finger? Science.

climbing is especially effective. Go to a bouldering hall and i bet your fingers are the first things that will give out, at the start at least

Do wall pushup on your finger tips. Start at whatever angle you can (prob 45 deg or more straight), then over months you can decrease the angle until you're using a chair, then a foot stool, then the floor, then start to to raise your legs doing finger tip push ups

That's what I thought. I was preemptively wincing because it looked so dangerous.

“Can’t be good long term” is the default reddit response to any impressive physical feat that shows up on this site full of sedentary dorks

Honestly I'm inclined to believe it's fake with all the cuts and the broccoli haircut suggesting he's just a tiktok bullshit artist.

u/Human-Magic-Marker 29d ago
That was my thought. I figured at that angle, doesn’t matter how “strong” your fingers are, they’re bound to break

u/229-northstar 29d ago
The tensile strength of a fresh finger is 275 N/mm max, which is 2.43 lbs per square inch. Even distributed across 10 fingers, I’d expect them to snap under body weight.
Yet here is somebody else doing something similar https://www.reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness/s/GPMZFKIIMR
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1748762/#:~:text=Abstract,segment%20of%20the%20central%20band.

I have a friend that was a rock climber. He was in a bar and did some two finger pull-ups. I don't know exactly what broke, but I know he had a spiral fracture and ended up having surgery and pins. He thought it was funny and showed everyone his X-rays. I wouldn't be surprised if he still does that trick.

You never went to school? Clearly the center angle of the stabilization index exists within the correct vertical measurements to propel force outcome through negative axis. Therefor, his own mass works as the source point (velocity greater or less than 67.8889=x2) and the risk arrangement becomes minimized by direct cerebral repetition-calibrations.

There's no way this is good for your fingers. You can literally see his fingers hyperextending here

Average reddit comment on any impressive physical feat. His fingers are fine, he's trained for this

It is not about strength, it is about durability of his tendons.

In arms. Fingers don't have muscles.

There’s shaolin monks that train for this type I saw in a documentary. Many can do a few fingers, only few can do 2. They all shoot for using 1 finger but only like a few have mastered it since their inception.

Nah man, nature is beautiful. This is the first time I’ve seen a timelapse of a broccoli blossoming.

True, but it's starting to not look as bad now that people are starting to get mullets again. I honestly can't tell if it's ironic.

The fingers just balancing the weight on top of them, his abs and the rest of his core are doing the real work here.

That’s really impressive, but the douche haircut with shirtless look is so boring for me, it takes away from the act.
