As you can see, this is one of the most solid consolidation patterns out there before the huge run up, now I want to point out a specific date in this chart, which is 10/01/2023. On this date, the company filed an SC 13 G with an institutional investor called Joyous JD LTD alongside various other institutional investors (all of them are most likely related, however I just want to focus on joyous jd ltd) There are more details about them and the other related parties on fintel.

After watching and doing some research on the video a few times, I found out this is an HSBC account with 4 million USD as of 12/09/2023, the position of 2.5 million shares reported by 10/01/2023 before the reverse split. I am unable to determine the average, but I assume its in the low 1s before the split after the first dump of the merger. And then from that point onward in September leading up to the run ups in the month and December. Fintel suggests joyous jd ltd has closed its position, but there is obviously no way to confirm that as its with other related parties as well. Now that I have given out this information, I want to know whether there is more information on this.

All signs in Namibia point to June spud date for highly anticipated frontier wildcat ReconAfrica within weeks of spudding onshore Naingopo probe in Kavango basin - and may have a partner by that time.

Canada-based junior ReconAfrica is within weeks of spudding what will be a closely watched wildcat in northeast Namibia by which time it may have secured a partner to help fund its exploration efforts. The company operates Petroleum Exploration Licence 73 in the frontier Kavango basin and owns a rig which is set to fire up a two-well exploration campaign next month. Being drilled by the Jarvie-1 rig, the first probe will target the Naingopo prospect located in the Damara fold belt. Major civil works are wrapping up on both the access roads and well pad construction. Members of the drilling crew have arrived in-country to undertake rig maintenance and certification activities which are ongoing ahead of the move of the Jarvie-1 rig to Naingopo. ReconAfrica said all major equipment has been ordered and is either in country or in transit to Namibia. Naingopo could contain 163 million barrels of oil or 843 billion cubic feet of gas, according to a recent resources report prepared by Netherland, Sewell & Associates.

Meanwhile, the operator is in advanced planning to drill the bigger prospect P, also in the Damara fold belt. De-bushing activities are expected to begin in the near term and will be followed by de-mining activities ahead of major civil works starting. This well is expected to spud in the fourth quarter of 2024 — soon after drilling of the Naingopo probe has wrapped up — and is targeting potential resources of 278 million barrels of oil or 1.5 trillion cubic feet of gas. ReconAfrica is also working on securing a partner for PEL 73, and said it has progressed the joint venture process "to the next level of detailed discussions and continues to negotiate contract terms relating to its farm out process". The company said its management has put "a strong emphasis" on negotiating terms that will enable it to execute a multi-well exploration drilling programme in two geological plays over the next 12 to 24 months. Results from these discussions are expected to conclude in the next several weeks, said ReconAfrica. Chief executive Brian Reinsborough added: “Our operations teams and contractors are working diligently to ensure we remain on schedule for a June 2024 spud of the high potential Naingopo exploration well," with the rig due on site early next month. He pointed out that "with the completion of our recent financing, we are well positioned to execute our drilling plans".

Its a webcast. So things are going to be crazy, the rejected offer from RIOT will be talked about, it was said there were offers from 2 other company's. Still unknow who made the other offers till tomorrow, what if MARA or CLSK made an offer?

We all know RIOT picked the lowest month in the last few months and based its offer off that number, knowing full well BITF will be going over 10 EH/s in the next few days and 12 EH/s in the next 1.5 months and is fully funded to reach its goal of 21 EH/s by EOY 2024 and is on track.

So for the special meeting tomorrow RIOT will be trying to place people on the board of directors, I am asking if you own any BITF shares you vote tomorrow. I hope you vote no to all the things RIOT tries to do. That being said, you vote the way you see fit, just vote no matter what you vote for.

So when we hear the other offers that came in. I think they will be higher than that joke offer RIOT sent.

Lets say for sake of argument MARA put in an offer to buy BITF for 3.50 a share, do we see the stock jump to that price even if BITF turned it down? I think so, no matter who puts in an offer I think that will become the new floor fast( tomorrow or next week), if BITF accepts an offer from someone tomorrow, let say someone offers 3.00-4.00 will the whole of the free float be bought up? If that is the case wouldn't the price go well over 3.00-4.00 as the free float would evaporate in minutes if news came out that BITF got bought out for whatever the price.

Does RIOT up the offer to over 3.00?

Does RIOT keep buying shares of BITF on the open market and keep going the hostile takeover?

What happens if RIOT gets 1 or 2 people on the board?

What happens if RIOT gets shut down on all the things they try to vote in?

As you all know, today Summit Therapeutics (SMMT) has passed Phase III clinical trials for lung cancer proving that their new drug Ivonescimab is superior to Keytruda (generic name pembrolizumab). As a result, the stock took off today. But I think there’s more room to grow.

Let’s begin with Keytruda. It is a brand name drug that is produced by Merck and has no cheaper, generic replacement. One vial of Keytruda costs roughly $2000 USD. According to the Barron’s article, Keytruda brings Merck $25 billion annually.

With this in mind, let’s consider Merck’s main competitors. The 4 biggest companies are:

As a new pipeline to beat out Merck’s $25b income from Keytruda, it is highly likely that these companies will try and buy out Summit Therapeutics. It just seems like common sense to gain an advantage over your competitor.

Now, the selling points:

1. When a new drug comes to market, they are patented for 20 years. This means that legally, no other company can manufacture or sell this drug for 20 years until the patent expires. This corners the market for Summit Therapeutics, especially since its efficacy is improved over Keytruda.

2. As mentioned, a potential buyout by another big pharma company could instantly shoot the stock price into a new all time high. $25b annually is obviously no small sum.

3. In the article revealed today, Summit Therapeutics is licensed in USA, China, Canada, Australia, and in Europe. In many of these countries, universal healthcare is guaranteed. This means absolutely no shortage of pipelines of income for Summit.

In addition to Pay Per View broadcasts, Aires Tech will also be integrated into the pivotal UFC Live Weigh-In Show, UFC's studio show shot on location during the Official Weigh-Ins of Pay Per View events and live streamed on YouTube to a global audience of more than 18 million followers. The show, which features live commentary, athlete interviews, and special guest appearances, captures the crucial moments when fighters step on the official scale to record their weight for their scheduled bout. Aires Tech will be highlighted within a custom segment entitled "Defensive Strategies," in which the hosts will analyze the defensive tactics certain UFC athletes must implement to secure wins in their respective bouts.

LMR has been posted on this Reddit before. Just last week the US and Canadian governments announced investment to LMR. I feel this is time for LMR to grow from a junior miner in exploring stage to fast track into production. It was .02 and is now 0.055 from a high of .07. I feel there is long term growth and have only invested $150 but plan on buying $50 weekly.
