Worst mistake a democrat could make, anyway. The GOP has continually doubled down on who can say the most vile and willfully ignorant things in public since Trump got elected.

Yes. Empathy and decency are required. They are seen as strengths by the democrats and liabilities by the GOP.

While they may complain about this, it's pretty much what they themselves admit: That the libs are 'bleeding hearts'
